Your second task will be to create a self portrait using at least one of the new effects.

Take a photo of someone in action (it can be you)
Document size is 8.5x11"
Cut out the figure
Add a black background on a separate layer
Apply the dispersion effect to the figure
Watercolor on paper & scan
Combine the watercolor layer & the dispersion layer using the new effect & play with blending modes
Use the neon line effect to highlight the movement within the figure
